As an IT Company located in the Boston area, we have been referring our clients to Mike Kates of Copitex for years. We manage the majority of our clients vendors and having dealt with many unethical copier companies in the area for years with their fine print hidden in their contracts, I was fortunate to run into Mike one day about 10 years ago at one of my client sites. He went over with many some of the industry scams I have seen other copier companies pull on our clients, given the info he provided me I decided to give Copitex a shot. Here we are about 10 years later and I probably should have written this review long ago, but Mike Kates of Copitex has been the most ethical owner or salesperson of a copier company I have dealt with in my 20-year career. Our clients all love him and thank me for the introduction, he saves them on cost not only upfront but also doesn’t nickel and dime them as other companies have over the length of the deal. He also doesn’t bury the small print into his leases and contracts that my clients usually don’t find out about till they call when they think their lease is over. We cannot recommend these guys enough, give them a shot you will not be disappointed.

The law firm I work at is very demanding as I am a Paralegal to 8 attorneys and am basically “It” for everything and everyone and constantly asked to multi task at the drop of a penny; needless to say, I cannot afford to have my printers, fax machines, scanners and photocopiers not at their peak. Jennifer Staiti and her mutually hard working crew of on the road technicians being Tony and Rich are the nicest and most honest people out there! Jennifer is quick with her email responses when one or more of my machines has an issue and is super helpful with trying to assist and trying to figure out the issue among her helpful questions versus mine especially while Tony and Rich are busy and already booked for the day. This is hands down the best copier and supportive company I have ever dealt with. I’m a 50+ year old professional who has had my share of copier and office machine companies that do not add up nor compare to the fabulous experiences I have been rewarded with and dealing with Jen, Rich and Tony of Copitex! 😉 Thank you crew! Being a startup small business owner there are many tough decisions to be made. I was in need of a printer for my business and I had the pleasure of working with Vinny and Michael. My knowledge of printers and copiers was very limited and both of these gentlemen helped me through the process from start to finish.
