    • Hope Pharmacy of Michigan is in trouble for placing boxes full of paper medical records outside the building it occupies, as they belonged to a former occupant of the building, the now deceased Dr. Pramod Raval. They were supposed to be shredded.
    • Staples contacted law enforcement officials to investigate a potential breach, that would expose the debit/credit card information of its customers.
