  • HP gave out details on the “Automatic Toner Replenishment” (ATR) option for customers who have an HP managed print services contract:
    • Central data base receives remote monitoring data and applies historical supply consumption algorithms to determine the estimated days remaining for each toner cartridge
    • Once the ATR calculation has been completed, the system will automatically generate supply delivery request, resulting in supplies being shipped to the specific client locations where supplies are needed
    • 30 days of meter data must be collected before AATR service can be initiated
    • Devices not online will be missed
    • If device is supported by HP technician, 3 days or less for supply delivery
    • If devices is supported by service partner, 9 days or less for supply delivery
    • If device already has an open service ticket, then technician will deliver
