• 85% of dealers surveyed see remanufactured color toner cartridges (non OEM) as a viable alternative
• 30% of dealers admit that OEM cartridges work better than remans

• Dealers report that greatest limitation to more adoption of reman toner is lack of consistent print quality
• 78 of dealers admit to using reman toner cartridges

• Large format printer shipments increased by 1.3% during last quarter

• Cisco has sued Hewlett Packard for $58 million in California state court

Former HP employee goes to prison
• Holli Dawn Coulman of Carlsbad, CA was sentenced to 21 months in prison for fraud
• She used HP credit cards to fund nearly $1 million of personal expenses
• Expenses included hotel and airfare to Europe, Neiman Marcus clothing, products from the Apple Store, and spa treatments from local resorts
• Had found a way to access her supervisor’s email, so she could approve her own expenses
