Large dealers announced acquisitions

– Marco announced it has acquired the MFP and wide format division of North Country Business Products (NCBP) o Marco, headquartered in St. Cloud, Minnesota, and has offices in Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin
o NCBP is located in Bemidji, Minnesota, will continue to market point-of-sale, security systems, office furniture and office supplies
o Previously, Marco announced acquisition of Paragon Solutions Group, a managed IT services firm in Plymouth, MN
o Marco now employs 1,050 throughout its 49 locations
o Marco is owned by a division of Wells Fargo
